Tanzania
Description:
The Tanzania Water project is an initiative to develop, install, and maintain a sustainable low-cost rainwater harvesting system in the Babati region in northern Tanzania.
It is one of many projects by EWB-IL aimed at improving the quality of life for impoverished communities in developing countries, where access to basic needs such as water is limited.
The Assistive Technology project (AT) began as a collaboration with GoBabyGo, to provide customized ride-on toy vehicles for disabled children to encourage them to be more mobile, and to empower them emotionally.
Our AT team has grown bigger throughout the years, with more partnerships aiming to enable and empower disabled people of various backgrounds, ages, and different needs.
